Shipping conditions

The shipment of a Fill up DS 20.000 visco and DS 20.000 liquid is free within Germany.
For spare-parts, Lifting Barrow, and the turntables as well as the transport to German islands the transport will be charged according the actual price.

The transport to destiantions abroad will be charged according the actual price from the shipping-companies below.

We use the following shipping-partners::

Methods of payment

Cash

we offer the pick up of our machines in our wiorkshop at Dammweg 24, 01097 Dresden. Thereby you save transport-costs and you get a free briefing regarding the use of your new bottling-machine. In addition, we can do some tests with your special medium in our own laboratory.

Unfortunately we do not own a Terminal for credit-card-payment, therefore we ask you to pay cash.

Our opening-hours are:  Monday to Friday from 10:00-13:00 und 14:00-18:00.

Please make an appointment, we do not have a shop.

Prepayment

by EURO- or SWIFT-transfer. Usually the amount should arrive to our account within 3 days. Directly after the money has arrived your order will be executed. You will get all relevant information for the transfer with our order-confirmation.

PayPal

We offer payment by PayPal for amounts up to 500,00 EUR.

By using this method you will be able to us either your account or your credit-card to pay us.
